Our Company branches are present with commercial and manufacturing facilities in Italy, Malaysia, Hungary and UAE; the Group Headquarters is based in Latisana (Udine) with three production plants, one in Latisana, one in Rivignano Teor (Udine) and the other in Piove di Sacco (Padova).
Our brands: Clint, KTK, Novair, Montair are distributed in all European territories, Africa, Middle East, Asia and North America, through our capillary sales and after-sales network.
By combining our experience in the hydronic systems with the advanced technologies and a number of innovative R&D projects, we supply one of the most comprehensive variety of solutions in the comfort & process cooling, ventilation and IT cooling.
Goals and key issues
G.I. INDUSTRIAL HOLDING started to introduce Ewon Flexy device in its machines in 2011.
The mission was to allow remote access and collect machines data in order to provide our service and R&D departments a full overview, detecting real behaviour of our products in the world.
We soon realized that Ewon Flexy was the right tool for our needs.
At the same time we felt that it was necessary to complement it with a cloud platform in order to manage the huge amount of stored data, to be easily organized and accessible by all stakeholders.
Rilheva solves
The integration of Rilheva and Ewon matched all our requirements: the straightforward provisioning, the easy to use web and mobile interfaces, the precise and customizable permissions for users access; this was all we needed to keep on embedding Ewon gateways into our machines.
It was mandatory for us to manage gigabytes of data and to feel sure the infrastructure was scalable enough to cover the majority of our future needs.
